Easy to Use |

Soak Plank in water for at least an hour before using. |

|
|
Wipe off excess water and oil smooth side of Plank. |
|
|
|
|
|
Preheat grill to about 350 F |
|
|
|
|
|
Prepare food and place on Plank. |
|
|
|
|
|
Place Plank on grill, close lid and cook for 12-18 minutes. |
|
|
|
|
|
When done, remove Plank with a large metal spatula and place on a heat/fire resistant surface. |
|

|
|
Enjoy with your favorite beverage, friends and family. |
